Cascade Equestrian Center Facilities.

Cascade Equestrian Center is a premiere, state-of-the-art facility focusing on breeding, training, and showing top-quality Dressage and Show Jumpers. The amenities CEC has built are only the best for all equines, from CEC's string to visitors.

CEC's facilities include:
  • Five barns, thirty 15'x20' stalls in each (foaling barn has 20'x25' stalls). All barns very well lit and have a six-horse hot walker beside each.
  • Automatic waterers, heated tack rooms and offices, 4 wash stalls in each barn with hot and cold water.
  • Crossties and outlets every fourth stall.
  • Each barn is attached to a 200'x175' indoor ring, shredded leather (80%) and dirt (20%) footing, dragged twice daily and sprayed whenever needed. These rings are also suitable for turnout in inclimate weather and have screens to allow maximum airflow.
  • Free-standing covered ring, 175'x150', in close proximity to all barns.
  • Six outdoor rings, all lighted, three with sand footing and three with grass, suitable for both Dressage and Show Jumping, 150'x125'.
  • Spectator seating in all rings. Indoor rings also have training mirrors and kick walls.
  • 150 acres in total, CEC has large pastures for group turnout and smaller paddocks, on grass or sand, for individual turnout.
  • Ocean-front property, allowing horses to run at liberty on the beach and to swim for short periods of time.
  • Main house is 3,500 sq. ft. and is in a central location on the property.
  • Miles of trails, excursions to the Washington State rainforest, beaches, and one cross country course.
