I’ve finally started the web page, it took forever to make up my mind but I finally did it. It seems to me such a good idea to do this with the support of the internet, kind of like a personal trainer, even if you don’t have to account for yourself to “someone” you still have to sit in front of the net, and face yourself. I’ve actually started on my weight loss program since March, strange and odd because I’ve been really good with the exercise, 2 ½  hours six days a week, I “feel” smaller and according to my measurements I’ve lost about 10cms. on everything, but I don’t reflect it on the scale or in my clothes, it’s the weirdest thing.  I’m still hyped up and I haven’t gotten discouraged from the results because I feel good in general. I’ve had problems in the food department. I seem to “justify” all types of food because of the amounts of exercise I’ve been doing. My calorie intake for one day can be 1800 and the next be 2500. I know, I know, I have to have a sensible eating plan, I’m working on it, it’s very difficult for me because I eat out everyday (breakfest and dinner) because of my work. Well anyways, I think I’m on good track.
