Infliction of pain burns inside
Momens of pleasure forzen in time

I wander amidst the shades
Amongst the tombs of a million dead
I sleep beneath the unturned stone
At witching hour I loose control

Infliction of pain burns inside
Moments of pleasure forzen in time

Your prayers won't help you now
Your god is dead, I take your soul
Through the fires we dance along
Our cursed hearts bleed, joined as one

This very hour fails my power,
My pulse beats on the wane
Fortune's a knave, to impale the brave,
All weep now for my pain

Day of wrath, this day
In forgiveness they pray
Accused of a thousand sins
The gate is closed, yet the flame burns
Within
There he is,
My Bro,
My Amigo
Steve

Who could ask for more in a big bro?
He's big, cool, plays bass, has neat pieces of metal hanging out of him here and there *grins*

This picture was taken of him rather recently.  He's portrayed  hanging out in the back yard of a buddies house.

Wearing his casual getup.

Seriously!

What comes to people's minds when they think of Steve?
Being the expert pyschic I am, I can tell you (eat your heart out, Miss Cleo!).
Heavy Metal, Body Peircing, and an upfront, rough, and brutally honest personality.

Steve is that and so very much more.

When I first started talking to Steve, he was going through a fairly rough time in his life.  He and I talked mostly about roleplaying, music, people we wanted to curb stomp, the usual stuff.
Eventually, I got to know him a bit better, though.  I realized that under all the body peircings, spikes, and tatoos, he is actually the kind of guy I'm honored to call a friend.

Even if he DOES use Internet Explorer ;-)

He and I have had a lot in common since we've met.  From music, to hobbies, to friends, and even the occasional romantic interest.  We've grown on eachother like a bad case of athletes foot (I love that metaphor).  Steve is one of the only people online, let alone in real life, that I can truely trust.  I know I can always go to him for an honest opinion, a laugh, a hug, or some inspiration.

I could ask nothing more of a Brother.

Steve is also a good friend of Neil (see the upcomming page on him).  The two of them can really be a dynamic duo, in the most twisted and grandiose meaning.  *grins*

Steve is married to his (awsome) wife Kelly.  She too is a friend of mine (and glad I am of that).  The two of them have gone through the usual share of potholes, but if ever there were two people who desirved to be happy together, I can think of none other than Steve and Kelly.

If I had to name one negative quality of Steve's, I'd have to say his temper.  I know it's gotten him into trouble more than once (like I've got room to talk! *grins*), but he's got a good knack for turning it into something good.  I've heard it said many times that no emotion is negative, only it's implementation is.  If that is indeed true, he's making good progress in bettering himself once again.

Steve is always there for me, always ready to go to bat for me, and I for him.  That sort of camaraderie, I think, is what anyone should strive for in a friendship.  The fact that I've found it in such an awsome guy only adds icing to the cake.

I'd also like to give a shout out to Steve and Kelly's two children, Crissy and Bailey.  The "Twin Terrors," if you will.  Crissy is a little over 2 years old now, and Bailey is 8 months old.  Bailey is just learning to crawl, so you know it only gets more brutal from there *grins*  Just wait until they're old enough to plot and scheme against you, guys...  >:-)
Serously, though, they're cute little ones.  We'll have to keep an eye on your eldest, Steve...  *winks*
