well, today's been the 1st day in a while that i haven't been in anguish from the pain of not only my leg, but from the effects of all that methadone on my bowels.  crampy, stuffy, bloaty, crampy again..  i mean, this weekend was ripe for the suicide factor in me to rear its ugly head.

but as you can see, i'm here.  i didn't go anywhere.  got new ram in my laptop, and its much more responsive.  snappy is a word that could describe it.  i like snappy computers.  don't you?
