God is in control

Psalms 33-37 is about God's sovreignty and about the need of His people to trust in Him. God who created the world is in contol of all of creation, and we can trust Him to deliver us from all who would make us miserable.

God in the midst of suffering

Psalms 38-44 are more psalms about suffering. God is the psalmist's (and our) hope when we are in deep distress for any reason and under every circumstance. We can trust in God to come through for us, though it seems like forever.
