Strength of Israel

2 Samuel 19-24 describes various incidents in David's reign that show how he handled different crises, from Sheba's rebellion to the vengeance of the Gibeonites to his own failure during the census. Throughout all of these things God makes victory possible.

Just as God was, and continues to be the Strength of Israel (1 Samuel 15:29), so He is also our strength. We can trust in Him to deliver us out of all our troubles.
