The prophet, the priest, and the defendant

Deuteronomy 18-19 talks more about the wages of the priests and also of people accused of murder and other crimes. It also contrasts the way the nations thought about how God related to men and how God said He would relate to them.

"He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?" (Micah 6:8 NKJV)
