God our Rock

In Psalms 90-95 God is presented as the One that His people can turn to in times of trouble. God is faithful to His people at all times and through all generations. He is to be praised for such faithfulness. Let us give glory to God!

Sing a New Song

Psalms 96-101 encourage people to be spontaneous and joyful as they join with all creation in praising God. God's righteousness and creativity call us to imitate Him in our lives by loving justice and praising God freely. Praise the LORD!

Mercy

Psalms 102-103 call to mind God's mercy to those who are in deep distress and anguish. God, according to His sovreign will and in His own perfect time, rescues those who call on His name from the evils that surround them. He loves us as well and will save us for His own glorious purposes, one of which is to be like Him. Praise God!
