Enemies

Psalms 54-59 deal with the psalmist's enemies. The psalmist prays for deliverance and for God to execute justice on his enemies, as well as to lament that his friends have betrayed him.

Psalms like these give us encouragement in the midst of persecution. We can rest assured with the knowledge that God loves us and will finish what He started with us.
