| So I bought more yarn, and again diligently worked making potholders. �I completed the ones for the orders first, and then I made more. �The next Saturday I delivered the orders and then I knocked on new doors. |
| And that's how it went, at least to my knowledge at the time. |
| Meanwhile, unbeknownst to me, my parents were very impressed with my endeavor. �However, they had also begun to worry about my brother and sister. �They didn't want them to feel left out. �So my parents began looking for a way of buying all three of us bikes. |
| They spoke to several relatives about it and one of them knew someone who worked in a bike factory. �Perhaps they could get the bikes wholesale, they thought. �They would check into it. |
| Yes, was the answer. �So we made the trip. �A twelve-hour drive! �I actually couldn't believe we were doing this. �Even though we would get to see relatives, what about my plans and all my work, I wondered. �I had felt good, doing something on my own. |
| But anyway, I waited quietly throughout the long drive. �That night we stayed at my aunt's house. |
