| Talk to Saria and then go to the training centre. The training centre is to the left of your house, the south end of the map. Go to the back of the training centre and find the hole in the wall, crawl through, dodge aroung the boulder and find the chest to get your sword ( you must equip your sword on the subscreen before you can use it). Return through the hole. Walk around the village and talk to the Kokiris, slash bushes and throw rocks to get Rupees. Be sure to talk to the guy trying to lift a rock else you won't be allowed to pick anything up! Go to Mido's house and go inside to steal the Rupees from the treasure chests. Once you have 40 Rupees, go to the shop and buy a Deku shield, equip the shield, then exit the town, on the east side of the map, you'l have to talk to Mido to get through. Click here to go back |
