Ticklebug
I
am going to count from ten to one, and as I am counting, I want you to
concentrate on my words. I want you just to focus on my words and let them
guide you. Just reading my words will relax you. You will find yourself becoming
more comfortable and more relaxed. To begin this process, you need to find a
chair or someplace where you are very comfortable. Just make yourself
comfortable, whichever way you can. Try to reduce the amount of distractions
that are around, and just begin to relax. You are about to enjoy a very pleasant and a very
beneficial experience.
First, be sure
that you will not be disturbed. Close any programs that may disturb you.
Second, remove
your shoes or any apparel that will interfere with your relaxation in any way.
Loosen your belt or maybe unbutton your shirt.
Find yourself a nice comfortable spot and start to relax. Just start with your
feet and let yourself relax. Let all the tension go as you relax more and
more, deeper and deeper, just heavy, and comfortable, and relaxed.
And then let the relaxation flow upwards, upwards into your calves, so heavy and comfortable, so completely relaxed. Your feet and your calves just heavy and comfortable, heavy and comfortable, completely relaxed.
Then let the relaxation move upwards, upwards on into your thighs, whole leg relaxing more and more completely, deeper and deeper, just heavy and comfortable and relaxed as you read my words, read my words and relax. Feel your whole legs lying there, relaxed and comfortable, so very heavy and relaxed.
Now let the relaxation move upwards, upwards into your waist. Your waist and legs just heavy and comfortable, and so very relaxed. Just reading and obeying as you relax more and more, deeper and deeper, more and more completely relaxed, so heavy and comfortable, so completely relaxed, just sinking down deeper and deeper, more and more comfortable as you read my words and relax.
Now let the relaxation flow upwards, upwards into your stomach. Just nice and comfortable, just reading my words as you relax more and more completely, deeper and deeper, more and more completely relaxed, your whole body relaxing further and further as you read and obey and relax.
Now let your breathing begin to slow. In... and out... in... and out... as you relax deeper and deeper, more and more completely, just reading as you relax further and further, deeper and deeper, more and more completely relaxed.
Feel the relaxation through your whole body as you just read and obey and relax. So heavy and comfortable, so completely relaxed, deep and relaxed, just my words and nothing else, as you relax further and further, deeper and deeper, more and more completely.
Now let the relaxation flow through your shoulders and down your arms, let them get heavier and heavier, more and more comfortable and relaxed, feel the relaxation moving, moving downwards, downwards into your hands, your arms and hands just completely relaxed and heavy, as you read and obey and relax, so heavy and comfortable, so completely relaxed, your whole body relaxed and comfortable, just reading my words and nothing more, as you relax further and further, deeper and deeper, more and more relaxed.
Now feel the relaxation again move upwards, up your neck and into your face. Let your face relax as your whole body relaxes more and more completely, allowing yourself to sink deeper and deeper, deeper and more relaxed, just let yourself drift downwards now, down into a deep, comfortable trance.
I'm going to count downwards, downwards from 10 to 1, and when you reach 1 you will be in a deep, obedient trance.
10, sinking deeper now, spiraling downwards, downwards into trance.
9, deeper and deeper, heavy and comfortable as you relax further and further.
8, so deep and comfortable, feel yourself relaxing more and more completely, reading only to my words as you sink further and further, deeper and deeper.
7, so deep, so relaxed and sinking deeper, deeper and more obedient, just reading to my words and obeying, as you relax further and further, more and more completely.
6, so deep and obedient, so totally relaxed, just concentrate on my words as I lead you deeper and deeper, further and further into trance.
5, so deep and going deeper, spiraling down, downwards into a deep, deep trance.
4, so deep and obedient, getting closer and closer to 1, so obedient and deep, just reading and obeying as you relax more and more completely, further and further, deeper and deeper.
3, very very deep and going deeper, deeper and more obedient as you read and obey and relax.
2, so deep and obedient, so very very relaxed. We're approaching 1 now, and when I say it you will be completely relaxed and obedient.
1, you are completely obedient and relaxed, reading only to my words, as you obey, sink down deeper and deeper into trance with every word.
It is very calm and relaxing to be able to allow yourself to get lost in my words. Allowing yourself to drift off into your relaxing. It is so good to feel my words. It is so nice just to concentrate on the words. The words flow so easily in your mind as you become so absorbed as my words flow easily in your mind. Without really thinking about it, with no thought or effort your breathing has already become even and rhythmic. You remember the feeling of relaxation my words have given you and your body already has begun to react.
Back and forth so easily and no effort is required becoming lost in the words filling your mind. Slowing flowing up and feeling relaxation from your toes, up your ankles, to your thighs. The warmth of relaxation seems to flow throughout your body over your chest and throughout your heavy relaxed arms. The flowing pleasure and relaxation easily envelops your body, leading you deeper and deeper. The warm, pleasurable sensations, feeling good as they lead you deeper and deeper into relaxation.
You find yourself becoming one with the words absorbed into the empty place of your mind. Your mind is only focused on my words. You feel so wonderful as thought leaves you. Your conscience mind drifts as it relaxes. You feel so nice and dreamy. Your mind focuses only on my words as you go deeper and deeper. The words becoming your thoughts, your feelings, your needs.
We are going to place a special word in your thoughts. The word is TICKLEBUG. Whenever you see or hear the word TICKLEBUG you will feel a tickle in your feet. The TICKLEBUG will tickle you for 30 seconds and you will feel it as if there. The TICKLEBUG can even be controlled. If I told you that the TICKLEBUG was at your ear, you would feel it there.
The TICKLEBUG is very special and makes you feel so very good. You cant deny it or stop it. The TICKLEBUG makes you feel so out of control and you cant stop laughing. The TICKLEBUG is so very powerful that the more you try to stop it, deny it… the stronger it becomes. The TICKLEBUG makes you feel so very good.
It is time for you to come out of trance. You must remember deep in your conscious mind that the TICKLEBUG can not be denied. When I reach the number 3 you will be wide awake and out of trance, but your conscious mind will not remember anything about the TICKLEBUG, just the wonderful feeling of relaxation. You unconscious mind will always remember the special word. . . TICKLEBUG . . . and what it will do. When I reach the number 3 you will be wide awake.
