The Savage Garden
As you begin this journey into hypnosis, I want you to prepare yourself to let go. If there are any distractions around, you will need to reduce them. These things may be as simple as turning off the sound on your computer or anything else that will distract your attention. There is nothing more distracting than the sounds and noise of the computer. The sounds of a messenger program or a website can break your focus. Take a second and reduce those distractions. Focus is the key and you want to be able to read the words and focus on them to truly relax.
It is very easy for someone to enjoy trance. It is the ability to let go and relax. It is not magic, but rather a way that you can be guided to a place you wish to be. It is a way of letting go so much that someone, with their words or voice can direct you to that special place and their words are the things that your mind reacts to. A stage or therapeutic hypnotist is a guide. One may guide you for effect to entertain, while another may try to aid you with your life’s sorrows. They both direct the mind but you are the one who is still in control. You are the one who decides how much you want to let go.
Now that you are prepared, it is time to relax you. I want to start by taking a breath and holding it for just a second, then let it flow out of your mouth. Breathe in through your nose and let it out of your mouth. In . . . out . . . Just relax and focus on your breathing right now. It is the most important thing concerning relaxing at this point. Deep relaxing breathes, in. . . out. You’ll notice that your body feels relaxed already. Deep relaxing breathes help your body to release the tension that has built up during the day. All you have to do it continue reading and the words will help you to relax more and more.
Imagine you are in a beautiful field. It is the most perfect day as you relax in the grass. The sun is shining and a few clouds fill the air. The field is filled with flowers. The flowers are everywhere, and the smell fills the air. As you just relax and breathe in and out, the scent of the flowers fills your mind. You feel the earth beneath you. The warm relaxing sun is shining down on you. You relax and let the smell fill your mind. The sweet relaxing smell of nature seems to fill you and take you away.
You smell the flowers like never before. The reds, yellows, and other colors of the flowers mix into a harmony of nature. Your focus grows as you just let your mind clear and focus on the moment and focus on the beauty. The smells fill your mind and relax you as you breath in and breath out. Just relaxing and letting nature come to you. You let the pleasure fill your mind and drift away. Like a sponge, your mind and body letting go and soaking up the beauty. Your thoughts fade as the pleasure of the moment takes you.
The smells mix with the colors and create clouds of beauty that few other have ever seen. Colors and smells mix together in harmony to take you deeper into the mists. The pleasure of the moment fills your mind and body. You are so very relaxed as the swirling colors of the clouds envelope your body. Smell and color mixed together in a mist of relaxation that fills your body. You feel it moving in you, as your cells soak up the pleasure of the moment. You feel the mists filling your pores and permeating your soul. A relaxation that you have never felt before overtakes your mind. Your mind succumbs to a relaxation it has never known before. You become one with the words, with the mists. Your mind lets go and lets the mists take your body and mind to where it needs to be. You float in the mists and leave this world behind.
As the mists clear you see yourself in the most perfect garden anyone has ever imagined. The light and the dark is balanced in a cascade of colors. The air is fresh and clean and you see the most beautiful work of nature as it unfolds in front of you. The beauty of nature is something special that few truly see. You feel the mists take you deeper into the garden as your mind clears more amore. You see the garden for that it truly is. The beauty of balance and beauty of light mix together in harmony.
In front of you is the savage garden of the world. The world is a place of beauty and turmoil, like no other you have ever seen. Where there is life, there is death. Where there is happiness, there is sorrow. The world is in balance and you see this balance for it is, you understand your place within it. Like all gardens there is life and death, light and dark. The beauty of the garden is the ability to survive and to change. Like any garden, the endless battles between the weeds and the pests is endless, but still a part of the cycle of life.
In understanding this cycle, you understand yourself. You are one of the flowers of this garden. In truth, you open your eyes each morning searching for the light. We all must face the same stresses as the garden, but we each must do so in our own way. Stress, anger, and unhappiness all weeds in our lives. They are the chains that bind us and hold us back from what our heart truly needs. As in the garden, we can deal with the weeds in our life or else they grow to take over the light. As a weed grows, it takes away the beauty of the sun and the nutrients which feed us. It starves the beauty, and replaces it with death.
You see yourself as this flower, bright and full of life. You also see the dangers and turmoil that envelope your life. You see those stresses, those injustices and know that they are part of the scheme of nature. The true ability to live is how to deal with those stresses. It is the ability to love and forgive that truly matters. It is within us all to have that power, the power to grow as that flower in the garden and to bring more of the light into our lives. It is the ability to understand and forgive, to see the light when all we see is dark.
Like the flower in the garden, you can either wilt and die, or reach for the light. You can grow above the weeds and bring a beauty to the world for all to see. You can bloom in your life and bring an energy to the garden that will draw everyone to you, to see the beauty that you truly have. That is the gift of the savage garden. We have the choice to live or die, and when we truly live and grow above the weeds we bring a change to the world for all to see.
You are that flower, and you have that power. You see the weeds and stresses of the day as they pull from you the energy that nourishes them. You see the various stresses of your life as those weeds. You see the pain in your life, the worry and the sorrow. You see this all as the weeds that are holding you back. Like the chains in your life, all must succumb to them. All chains are weak when it comes to rust and age. The truth of the moment is that we create these chains in our own lives. We create the weeds. By understanding this, we can see above the turmoil and grow and bloom like the flower in the garden.
You can conquer this pain and this sorrow so easily. As you see the flower grow and bloom you see your life change and the sorrows fade. As you forgive those who have hurt you, you see them fade away as the weeds recede and your own beauty grows. That is your power, as you grow towards the light. That is your understanding as the pain fades away. The relaxation of the words is a guide, and you are truly the key to this happiness, As the flower blooms, your life begins anew, beautiful and free from the stresses that have held you back for so long. The savage garden is the world around us, and the nature of the world brings pain and injustice. It is our ability to grow that brings us back to that true happiness that the garden provides.
As the words soon come to an end, you begin to truly understand. You feel the power you truly have when you see the garden for what it truly is. When I reach 5 in a moment you will fully awaken from the words and understand the power you truly have. You have the ability to grow above the weeds and truly taste the light. You have the ability to grow and to forgive. You have the power to change your life and to see the weeds as what they truly are, part of the cycle of life. You will be able to read these words whenever you need to be reminded of the power you truly hold within yourself, and always leave the words fully understanding the blooming flower of the garden that you truly are.
