| Tuskor: The third step to battling is seeing if a ref is on. Any 1 in this rpg that has battled more than once can be a ref. When u see someone that can be a ref is on, im them and ask them if they can ref a match. They might ask whos battling, so tell them beforehand. If no ref is on then youll have to calculate everything urself.
