this info is incredibly similar to the chao
relationships page on my friends site(I provided a link to it in case you want to go there). Now read on....
This section is about chao and their interactions with each other. if you want any 2 chao to have a bond then you have to start when they are just hatched. Put them both in a class in the kindergarden where they will learn some type of instrument. Sit them next to each other and feed them both food. If you have won the t.v in the chao races, then when 1 of the 2 chao watches it, sit the other next to it. If the 2nd chao sits and watches T.V. with the other, then they are good friends.
1 will evolve first because 1 chao will be older. Put the 2 chao in seprate gardnes untill they are both adults of the same type(hero, dark, or neutral). Then They will reincarnate, seprate the chao again, the other will reincarnate, then put them in the same garden. Repeat the process untill they are both the same type of chaos chao. Then they will be best friends.
