Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

We do not live in a Christian nation! The first amendment clearly states that there is no law repecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise therof.

This means that the United States of America has no offical religion and that's exavtly the way it should be. I think that people have misinterpreted what our founding fathers set out to accomplish when they established this great nation. They did not come in the name of Christianity they came in the name of freedom, freedom from prosecution based on religion and this is exactly what some people are trying to do, establish an official religion and prosecute other people based on their religions. I recognize that the first Amendment also gives us the right to free speech and that everyone is entitled to say what they want, but they should know that it's a lie a when they say we live in a Christian nation and that I am not about to stand for Web sites which clearly violate this.

I made this web site in the hopes to counter some of the lies that seen on other sites, I just want people to know and to remember that this is a free nation not a Christian nation. Thank you.
