How do we do and Terms & Conditions 

It is simple – Just place your order on-line and your order is transmitted direct to our order processing center. Send your Purchase Order accompanied by a full payment proof. You will receive our confirmation order once payment being verified. Your items are made and shipped. (Don't worry - your imprint is reviewed by the factory art department to determine the best font, centering, etc to make your products look great!) However your order will not be processed until we receive your full payment and cleared.

In order to keep our prices low, we do not offer any credit. Since this is custom imprinted items all orders must be fully prepaid by cheque or cash. (International orders, including Canada, must be prepaid by wire transfer), and your order cannot be cancelled after it is placed into production. All online order must be followed by a Purchase Order and a full payment bank-in-slip with cheque copy or banker’s cheque.

 

Your imprint is limited to the number of lines, characters and spaces shown in the description of each pen. We will use our best judgment for size, layout and font. If you need a special font, size, or layout, you have to specify to us; otherwise our factory will select the font and typeset for best effect and no changes are allowed after confirmed.

Shipping - is additional. Shipping is not included. You will supply us with your shipper account number if you have one, otherwise we will add the shipping charge to your order at the time of order placed. We will ship the order by the most cost effective method. We are not responsible for delays and loss caused by, or any other carrier.

If you need the item by a certain date, please indicate the latest date that you want to receive it. It is only for our reference and we cannot guarantee your preferred date. (Note: Most items take about 2 weeks to produce.)

To order an item with a logo imprinted, there is an additional charge of RM…. to print or engrave it on your product. The imprint area for each product is shown. You must submit your logo, and any wording (names, addresses, etc) in a file that is sized for the imprint area on the product, if you are able to supply one. We can typeset any text, but If you want to imprint your logo, your logo must be submitted in the following format only: Vector EPS file, Illustrator 9 or below, fonts converted to curves/outlines, no low resolution placed art. We cannot accept files in the following formats: jpeg, tiff, gif, bitmat, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, etc. If your artwork is not perfect, the order cannot be processed that day. We have a graphic artist that may be able to fix the art for a small fee, but it will add a day to the process. You must also fax your logo to 603-42804973. If you are unable to supply your logo in the proper format above, art charges will apply.

 

 

 

Rebate on Promotional Period: Orders done on promotional period are entitled to receive a rebate off the prices posted on the website. More quantities ordered more rebates, which are just easy! Terms & Conditions Apply.

Information request: All requests for quotes, samples, items not on our website and other pre-ordering information is handled by our email request form and answered promptly, usually within minutes. We are strictly an Order Processing Center. We do one thing and one thing only... Process orders efficiently!

Order Online: You must order online any product on this website with an imprint using our secure on-line order form. Ordering online saves us time and money to keep our prices low. All orders will be verified by our order processing centre and follow by your Purchases Order and Payment, and a proof need to be provided when requested or deemed necessary.

Mode of Payment: All orders must be fully prepaid by Cheque or Cash. Payments can be done through direct bank-in or by mail a crossed banker’s cheque made payable to Hypersoft Sdn. Bhd. However we are not held responsible for any loss during the transfer. You have to fax your copy of check and bank-in slip to us at the time of your Purchase Order. On International Orders we cannot accept credit cards, it must be prepaid by wire transfer.

Small Order Section

 

This section is designed for the small business that cannot order the minimum quantities of items shown on our regular website.  We have simplified the process for a small business to place an order:

 

(1) Order must be done on-line, no phone calls will be accepted on small orders. All orders are strictly full prepayment by a check or direct bank-in.

(2) No logos, trademarks or special type. We will imprint your company name, etc, based on our best judgment

(3) There is no rush available, most orders are shipped in 14 working days or less after full payment cleared. We cannot guarantee an exact date
