They didnt check for fingerprints until May 18th. 41 days later
When it was examined it wasnt loaded and was switched to the off position on the saftey switch. The gun as loaded with three bullets. Three is the suggested use for a house gun..which is what Dylan said he bought it for. They lifted 4 cards of 'unlegiable' fingerprints from the gun.
The gun was found with Kurt left hand holding the barrel of the shotgun, not the trigger.
Why would you load a gun with three bullets, if you planned on killing yourself once?
Kurt was left handed, if he shot himself with the left hand, that hand would be placed on the trigger, and the right hand would be placed on the barrel. His left hand was placed on the barrel and the right was found at his side.
