Someone tries to use Kurt's Seafirst bank card to charge $43.29 for Flowers. (because Courtney blocked use of it, it can never be traced to where or who was using it.) This card was never found.

He was standing on the balcony outside the garage and looked through the french doors and saw what he thought was a mannequin. "I noticed it had blood in its right ear", "Then i saw the shootgun laying across his chest pointing up at his chin"
Smith imediatly called his boss, who instead of calling the police placed a call to KXRX-FM
On Grants and Dylans way to the Carnation property the two stop for gas and Dylan gets out to make a phone call. when he returns to the car he says the friend he had called just told him about the kurts body being found.
They turn on the radio and within minutes it is announced. On the way back the radio station says he was found in the greenhouse
Grant askes "What's the greenhouse? " Dylan says its a room above the garage. Dylan then says " Its just a dirty little room, I think they keep lumber in there of something"
10:15 AM
3 Seattle Police Department officers, Joe Fewel, Van Levandowski, and Jeff Getchman arrive to find the greenhouse locked. Minutes later the fire department arrives and breaks the window spreading glass all over the room, some of which fell on Kurt.

Three coroners come to the house from King County examiner's office. three homocide detectives led by Seargent Donald Cameron had alread arived at the scene. Dr Nikolas Hartshorne took 23
Electric arives at the 
home to install the alarm system. (Courtney made the apointment on the 5th)
a local radio station....and told DJ Marty Reimer the news.
