My first layout was only temporary, so I'm not leaving it in this collage.

v2.0 Spirals of Erosion: I wanted some way to improve the complexity of my layout, so I experimented with some pinwheel and starburst techniques to blend in. The pinwheel is very noticeable, and all I did to make it glow was set the blending mode to Lighten. I used the Darken blending mode to put a subtle starburst in with the background. I also experimented with blending when I placed Marlene's images in there. Easily the best thing I've created up to this point.
