PLEASE READ AND FORWARD!

No, it is not a joke, If this can happen here in rural NorthWest Kansas it can happen anywhere...Just be cautious no matter where you are..If you are alone especially...Please pass this on to all women,( sisters, mothers, friends grandmas aunts and any other women in your life.) Listen up ladies!!  And NO this is NOT a joke. I had a dispatch meeting yesterday and our head dispatcher was telling us about an incident that took place within the last few days that we all need to be aware of.  This happened north of Atwood, KS on the highway that goes
north into Nebraska, Highway 25 I think.  A male subject driving WHITE CHEVY IMPALA with a "Kojak Light" (red or blue flashing light)on the dash of his car, followed a woman and as soon as they crossed over into Kansas he pulled her over (using this light) and forced her from her car at gun point and raped her.  He has NOT been caught, so he is still out there waiting to pounce again. If anyone ever tries to get you to stop using this method, DO NOT stop, continue on to someplace with people around.  Any real police officer is not going to have a problem with this. if you have a cell phone add in your local police dispatch number and call them to see if there is a cop in your vicinity they can tell you if the one behind you is real..Dont be afraid to call 911 either to see if it is a real cop..Your life is worth I don't know why this was not broadcast IMMEDIATELY.  Please pass this on to anyone else who you think might have reason to be out on the highways alone.
