I agree that if I sell or give to a third party any material on the Yahooâ Geocitiesâ website www.geocities.com/hypeextention that all proceeds will be transferred directly to Sam Dixon along with the difference in value of the sold/given material. If there is a breach of this agreement I fully understand that I will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under international law. If I breach this agreement I will fully accept my punishment willingly. I also fully understand that Sam Dixon and/or Hype Extention take no responsibility for me not reading these terms and conditions.
