I was not in mood when I listen to this album production for a first time, it was recorded 100% in home with D.I.Y equipment in a lot of sessions that explains why sound are differences and too noisy, but when I have enough time and wanna give them a chance I realize that this band is good in musical view, remind me to Ohio's grind master Drogheda.
I think Katalepsy must to record their shit in a real studio and show up their talent in using drum machine and vocals, from growls to guttural to higher pitch screaming are really insane combined in one chain...absolutely no gay tempo heard on the album just grind and grind over and over and had my head spinning but enjoy in a same time.

Man...this is another raw album to buy, there's no band as unique and chaotic than Kill By Numbers, there is no speed show off here or complex twisted riffs but the band still killer with their aggression by combining heavy and beastly guttural with grunge music, let say that the band is like early Nirvana meet Skinless. I wonder if this album has great sound support and great mastering as the final step, maybe the band will go bigger fastly, hope the band will read this and make a second effort to complete this sickness.

Fetish For The Sick was originally released in 1997 under Ablated Records (RIP), the album were so controversial, sensational having alot of critics and fans in a same time. Lividity known as most down to earth underground porn death / grind band, the re-issue of this porn's bible is dedicated to the fans that have been there with them from the beginning.
Straight to what they did to Germany on March 23, 2003...Lividity give the audiences an unmercyful blasting with the sound they been created, the result of this live recorded is remarkable...a sick guttural and high pitch scream from both Matt Bishop and Dave Kibler make me speechless also the addition of James Whitehurst behind the drums kits is so phenomenal especially when he play a twin pedals...trust me this dude is absolutely fucking machine. Communicative, excellent, breaking the walls, sick and brutal live recorded ever...buy it or die you pussy lovers !!!

Everything about this cd is just different from all type of music I've heard, Love Forsaken for me is standing between death metal and progressive with hints of melodic touch, too bad those keyboard man never stop playing and too loud in a final mix covering the distortion guitars which should the main of all in metal music. But once again I don't try to push down their ambition in their existence, the band have good prepared and polished composition. If those hyperblastism stuff make your days boring, then you must try to find this band, play it and speak good things with your girlfriend.
