Well, I'm pretty sure that I'm now talk to one of the most dangerous new comer band on earth, GUTROT has been compared to mighty Devourment with more variation on the music itself, do you also feel so ? how different is your band from other US brutal death bands ?

Haha, dangerous... that rules. Anyways, I dont think were doing anything special, were keeping it simple and brutal. This music is stuff that any of us would want to pit to... so thats pretty much all were doing. Our style is more straight forward, not many bands are straight forward, which is why the demo caught on so well.

So any line-up changes now...!! what happened to the old line-up ?

Yeah we lost both guitarists, and got a new one, The new guitar player (Kevin F.) fits really well with the band and hes brought a lot to it. With hope, we want our original guitar player Jon to come back as soon as he can...

I heard (and saw on the guestbook) that there is another GUTROT from other city and the guys on the band looks didn't like to what you do...please explain about this ?

Yeah, we didn't know there was already a Gutrot... It doesn't even matter because weve been told by numerous people that live in the other Gutrots hometown, and they're a garage band that isnt active, nor do they have a full lineup... besides, our name is trademarked, so it sucks for them if they dont like it... SORRY

Do you think by playing, creating and listening to extreme heavy music all time will give you a true dark side story in psychological views ? please explain ...

Not really, a lot of people that listen to this kinda stuff... and if they did, its because they have fucked psychological views to begin with, and this kind of music is one of the few things that they can take a liking to. Thats just my bullshit humble opinion.

Those people are idiots and are missing out on a lot. Every death metal band are hard working and the drummers in this genre dont fuck around at all...

Where did you recorded your 2 songs demo ? did you have recording experiences at that time ?

No, we recorded it ourselves, the guitar was recorded bad, so we couldnt work much with it.. but it got out to a lot of people, which is all we were trying to do. the split will sound better, and the full length will sound even better than the split.

Did you get nervous when you played in front of many people for the first time ? when it was happened ?

Um, not really, my first few shows with my previous band yea, but now its just something to look forward to. We love doing shows. We hope to do a lot more fests around the country and hopefully go on tour. wed do a show anywhere.Gutrot in Indonesia with Jasad... hopefully
