Your site must have a decent layout and easy to navigate.
Must have a decent amount of content.
Must have a nice webmaster.
Hits and visits doesn't count, I don't care if has alot of hits, as long as it's a good Zelda/Gaming site/Anime/RPG site.
It must not have any illegal stuff like porn, illegal donwloads, etc.
Must update frequently. ( Twice a week. )
