Written/Oral Skills
I have had many opportunities to improve upon my written skills. All of my classes have given me the opportunity to write numerous papers. As a result I have published two papers and one abstract (see CV). I have also been able to improve upon my oral presentation skills through numerous presentations, paper defenses, and poster presentations at PAS and NEAS. One class especially, Biological Issues in Australia, has taught me a great deal in presenting information in an orderly, interesting manner.
