| It can be heeded by anyone. But there is one drawback to the ring. If the person's heart or intentions are evil, evil will come from it. But if the person's heart or intentions are good, then good will come of it. It is hard to say that men, dwarves, and Gargoyle's hearts are always pure. Only the creator of the ring and it's bloodline can truly control all of the Ibion Ring's power. The creator of course was Ibion Xalacar of the Xalacar family. A rich and noble family. Ibion created the ring so he would be remembered for all time to come and he stored a great deal of his power in it. The ringbearer is always torn in two at times when the ring's red gem glows. Good and evil thoughts come from his mind. While it can cast great magic it can also protect it's bearer from unseen danger. They're also many other uses to the ring, such as to control someone. But only Ibion knows it's true potential. |
