| The Story of Aden Eternal begins with his parents, Hydra and Nikki Morgan Eternal. Born shortly after his twin sister Amara, Aden grew up as the shy, anti-social child of the powerful sorcerer. Before the age of ten, he had venturred deep into the lower levels of Castle Eternal, a castle made out of his fathers magic and madness. The lower levels were no place for children, for that was where all of hydra's worst memories were kept, locking up into such a powerful nerve center of the castle, that it tore a rip into the very fabric of space and time itself. The riff tore open into the Astrael Plane, or the gateway between dimensions. It was at age ten that Aden was mysteriously beckoned into the riff, and thus he dissapeared into the astrael plane. Once an individual goes into this plane of existance, they can never truly escape. Aden died alone of starvation, where his ghost remained, growing older and wiser in a vision of what he would look like had he still been alive. For hundreds of years, Aden lived in total darkness, without anyone to talk to him, educate him, or love him. Soon after, Hydra and Nikki's third son, Marek was born. Marek had the uncanny gift to possess the very dark lord that once gave birth to Aden's monster roots. This god inside marek, gave him enough power to pull Aden's ghost out of the astrael plane, but in doing so, Aden's ghost was torn in half. Half of him was to remain in the astrael plane for all time, while the other half would exist in the real world. Though it took a while for everyone to figure out that aden had in fact, not survived the astrael plane, they soon realized what a powerful poltergeist he had become, able to touch, feel, and even think logically as if he were alive. It was his shortcomings, as a ghost, to always feel the hunger that he died with, thus giving him an unquenchable thirst for blood, which without, he would surely go mad. Now, Aden remains a ghost, haunting the Abandoned Theatre in the downtown vampire district of rhydin, buried beneath it's plain surface, and dwelling within the dungeonlike walls beneath. At night, Aden comes out to cure such madness, hoping for the one day when he will be able to be revived in full. |
