Bliss
Sounds fill the air
droning on and on.
But she doesn't listen
to what they mean.
Lounging in the chair
she taps her foot impatiently.
Over and over again
this scene repeats.
She sits silently,
trying to keep control.
The scene begins again
screaming in her face.
Suddenly she stands up
and walks out of that place
Running through the halls,
she slams a door open,
Escape had never seemed so easy!
She runs through the trees
swiftly leaping over branches and trash,
Finally she reaches a place
secluded from mankind.
Spreading her arms out wide,

she breathes...
