Hybrid Wrestling Entertainment is an e-federation where wrestling fans of all ages have the opportunity to portray their favorite wrestler despite the company that individual competes for. To join HWE, you must first make sure your desired wrestler is not already taken as applications for wrestlers who are already taken will be ignored. In addition, refraim from selecting wrestlers who are injured in real life as HWE will try it's hardest to keep up with current storylines in actual companies. For example, if John Cena where to face A.J. Styles on HWE Hybrination on Wednesday, but is injured two days before on WWE Monday Night Raw, we will try to play the injury angle in to our storylines as well and note Cena's injury from Raw on our website.
Hybrid Wrestling Entertainment is the first organization of it's kind where wrestlers from companies around the globe can actually compete against each other. For one night a week, the superstars of WWE's Raw, SmackDown!, and ECW will share a roof with the wrestlers of Total Nonstop Action, Ring Of Honor, New Japan Pro Wrestling, and other companies worldwide.
Rather than an individual play the "figure head" role, bookings and decision making will be done by the HWE Board of Directors. The Board of Directors, made up of five people, share equal amount of power and will make their decisions under majority rule. Under the circumstances, decisions that are made public will be made by Board of Directors Spokesman, Aaron Carbon.
HWE hosts one weekly show a week entitled HWE Hybrination that airs on the ESPN Network. In addition, HWE will host a special event entitled Friday Night Fights on HBO every other month. For those two events, people involved are expected to do only one roleplay. For pay per view events, however, you are expected to do only one, but may do a second if desired.
HWE will have only two singles championships, the HWE World Heavyweight Title and the Television Championship. Title shots will be decided upon roleplaying ability (quality/quantity and consistentcy.
