Background For Characters from the Gamma Quadrant of the Spinward Marches

Instructions:

Roll 2D6 and consult the first Table below to determine the nature of the characters background.

If the Result is within 4-10 range then roll 1D6

Raised by parent(s) or guardian working onboard a Merchant Ship.  The character is not associated with any homeworld and receives Zero-G 0 and Steward 0 for their starting skills plus any additional as per normal.
3

Raised by parent(s) or guardian who traveled frequently and never settled on any one homeworld.  The character receives Carouse 0 as their starting skill plus any additional as per normal.
4-10

Roll 1d6.  1-4 use the Imperium Homeworld Table, 5-6 use the Non-aligned and Client State Homeworld Table to determine the characters Homeworld.
11

Raised by parent(s) or guardian of somewhat unscrupulous nature that never settled on any one world.  The character has no homeworld affiliation and receives Streetwise 0 for their starting skill plus any additional as per normal.
12 Players Choice.  May be a combination of any of the above options, also the character is not limited in any way by the Trade Classification of their Homeworld, they may freely choose their Background skills.
