We had a great time! Our Midsummer event, held at a private house included things like a feast (but you already guessed that), waterballoon & squirt gun fights (kinda one-sided if you happened to get one of those 50 gallon rocket powered super soaker gizmos), an opening ritual at noon on Saturday, a fire maintained overnight and a closing ritual at noon on Sunday. We also camped out, enjoyed a bardic circle, watched Frank demonstrate martial arts - including some incredible board-breaking examples, ate great food (well, there WAS more than one meal ya know), relaxed in the sun, did some latin dancing, whacked a pinata to pieces to win the various prizes (and candy - back to that food theme) that were inside! Oh, and we had a midnight ritual complete with fairies.
