Midsummer 1999

Two of our married couples had never been handfasted. As part of our Midsummer Celebration, Tamie & Dave and Chris & Rick decided to have a double handfasting. Dee, Allan, Tim, and Nanci served as clergy for the ceremony.

Chris & Rick were also handfasted that day. Allan was leading this particular part of the ceremony while Dee waits for her turn. Greg helped by holding the ritual book.

The Alter was beautifully arranged.

The weekend was not entirely serious though. Kids of all ages seemed to enjoy the squirt toys that Samantha brought. Greg and Aaron's mom Belinda face off while Aaron watches.

And, of course, there was a Feast!
