Take a bright green or golden candle, some sea salt, and healing oil (ginger, lavender, or sandalwood) to the bathroom. Light the candle and say: “By this flickering candle light, healing will be found tonight.” Run a tub of warm water. Cast some salt into the water saying: “By salt and water pure and white, healing will be found tonight.” Then add a few drops of the healing oil that you’ve chosen to the bath saying: “By this fragrance warm and light, healing will be found tonight.” Then see the water glowing with energy as you enter into it. Relax and allow the water to draw the illness out of you. Visualize it draining away from your body into the water. When ready pull the plug and let all the water drain out, carrying the illness with it. When the tub has drained, rinse or shower with fresh water. It is done.
