HVPN-U Registration Form

HVPN Members:  Attendance at HVPN U is a Membership benefit and so is FREE to members in good standing. Pre-registration is still strongly suggested in order to avoid getting closed out of your preferred classes!

Non-Members:  Enclose check or money order for $25 ($30 at the door, but you risk being closed out of your preferred classes), made payable to HVPN, Inc.

We love children, however, this event is geared to teens and adults only.  We’re sorry, but no childcare will be available for younger children.
