Hafsa
Hafsa has been in Marseille for a few months, hunting Setites with little success. She has been distracted
by the strange occurences that have plagued the city in recent months.
Brujah (Bay�t Mushakis)
Missokos
Missokos is a tall man with dark hair and beard. He keeps himself aloof from the day to day affairs of
Marseille and mostly keeps to his estate outside the walls. His apathy has been interrupted by the
disappearance of the prince and he is attempting to determine what is happening.
Cappadocian (Qabilat al-Mawt)
Alazeas
Alazeas is pale, thin middle aged man with wispy blonde hair and pale blue eyes.
Vincenzo Giovanni
Dark-haired and dark-eyed, Vincenzo is handsome in a mysterious necromancer sort of way. He has the
disconcerting ability to communicate with the spirits of the freshly dead. He assists Alazeas in his
experiments.
Followers of Set (Walid Set)
Kesfet Nu-Ta
Little is known of this creature except that he has earned the enmity of the Banu Haqim and that he is
rumored to currently be in Marseille.
Asiya bint Kutaiba (Ysabeau)
The progeny of Kesfet Nu-Ta, she was involved in a plot to bring low Qasim�s mortal family. She is
currently be in Marseille.
Minkhat
The progeny of Asiya, he was summoned to Marseille by Asiya to infiltrate and gain influence over the
shipbuilding facilities of Marseille. The goal is to gurantee that the Setites have some control over any
attempt by a crusading army to gain passage to the Levant. Marseille, Genoa, and Venice are the only
European cities on the Mediterranean with the resources to provide a fleet for a crusader army. There are
other Setite agents in those cities to accomplish the same ends.
Lasombra (Qabilat al-Khayal)
Felice de Berengar
A thin, medium height woman with an harsh glare and Languedoc features, dressed in fine clothing of a rich
noblewoman.
Raimond Belarot
Raimond is a dark-haired and eyed native of Marseille. He runs much of the night to night business of his
sire.
Bishop Ugo Durandas
Ugo is the local bishop of the Cainite Heresy. He is a small mousy man with brown hair and watery blue
eyes. Much of his time is spent traveling around the Marseille region, settling quarrels amongst the
Heretical clergy and covering up the worst of his overzealous flock�s indiscretions.
Malkavian (Bay�t Majnoon)
The Eater
The Eater looks different to all viewers. His reasons for being in Marseille or the actions he has taken there
are unknown.
Nosferatu (Bay�t Mutasharid)
Laurens
Laurens is tall and rail thin. He has translucent skin and no hair. He is in Marseille at the behest of Dame
Menenmach to gather information on the situation there.
Toreador (Ray�een al-Fen)
Valentina
Valentina is of medium height with dark hair and eyes and is quite beautiful. She makes it her business to
coordinate the cultural activities of Marseille. She has many mortal musicians and artists under her
tutelage. Her manse functions almost as an art academy.
Ysabeau
A classic Greek beauty, dark haired and dark-eyed with delicate features. Most often seen at Valentina�s
side.
Vitalis
A native of the Languedoc, Vitalis is of medium build and fair hair. He is a troubadour of great skill and
reputation. He maintains a mortal personality with some renown. His excellent reputation gurantees that
his patrons are so pleased to have booked him that no one looks askance at the fact that he only performs
at night.
Tremere
Kresimira
Kresimira is a tall woman with dark hair, Slavic features, and a strong Balkan accent. She appeared several
years ago to present herself, made some arrangement with the Council to permit her settlement and has
rarely been seen or heard from since. It is unknown if there are others of her clan at her chantry.
Ventrue
Milos
Blonde, tall, and overbearing, his looks and carriage mark him as a born aristocrat. His overconfidence and
naivete are startling. His progeny, Donatus, runs the day to day affairs of his mercantile interests while
Milos entertains guests.
Donatus
A shrewd looking gentleman of medium height and dark hair. He speaks his French with a strong Occitan
accent. He is the brains behinds Milo�s seeming success. Donatus runs his masters economic concerns
and though he tries to make Milos seem responsible, Milo�s actions and his own disrespect for his sire keep
the ruse from being terribly effective. Donatus does all this at the behest of Lord Hardestaat, who has
promised him a rich reward for his perseverence.
Girard
A tall man, powerfully built, Girard is a former mercenary. He has been, by mutual agreement of the
council, made the Sheriff of Marseille. He is responsible for maintaining the network of ghouls manning the
city gates and among the city guard. On the extremely infrequent occasion of a Cainite being punished for
some infringement of the traditions, Girard is the one that carries out the sentence handed down by the
council.
