A lot of people don't understand that time with Jesus is not the same. We know that there are 24 hours in a day, 7 days in a week and 365 days in a year.
Time with Jesus according to St. Peter is somewhat different than the time here on earth. The Bible says, "But beloved be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day with the Lord is as thousand years, and a thousand years as one day." II Peter 3:8
So according to that scripture Jesus hasn't been gone but two days in his heavenly time zone.
In all seriousness. God has no time to limit him.
Some people will try to convince you of their beliefs and doctrines. Traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation.
Their beliefs may not even come from the Bible. Watch out for opinions and put your finger on scripture. Take your Bible to Church and follow along. Jesus warned us about men in the last days.
When asked by the disciples about the end of time. Jesus replied, "Take heed that no man decieve you."
These are dangerous times that we are living in.
Jesus said that in the last days that many false phophets would arise and shall decieve many.
He went on to say that they would show great signs and wonders that if it were possible; they would be able to even fool Christians.
That's why it is so important to quit looking at man for an answer. If the blind lead the blind, both could fall in the ditch. If you want the truth about the end of time. If you are looking for the answers to your questions. Open the Bible. The answers are in there.
