I am now officially a grant funded researcher at FSU! I applied for an honors grant to help cover the costs of my experiment in Neuroscience, and was awarded $1,000. I am investigating the role of glutamate receptors in male rat sexual behavior. This work is new and significant in the field, and I hope to get a publication for my efforts. I plan to apply to a couple of grad programs in December, and I hope to begin work in Fall 2007. |

Travel is my favorite hobby. I have recently had the oppurtunity to visit Beijing China during New Years 2005. I just returned from Europe and i offer this advice to anyone who will take it, "For years you have studied Europe in textbooks, but nothing compares to seeing all of its beauty in person. If you can go, do it before you miss the chance!" I have more about my hobbies available through my profile. |
