It's sad that people can do so much on the internet to try to damage your reputation, but then when their dispute is resolved, they can't take it back (or worse, they won't).  So something that happened years ago will appear to a new reader like it just happened today.  They won't know the follow up that was done to resolve the issue.  They'll only have one side of the story.

Perhaps there was a bad rating on a website but that rating has been changed.  Or this offending site was submitted to a web directory and posted all over the place.  Who is responsible for seeing that all of that junk is cleaned up?

Frankly, when someone resorts to "guerilla warfare" tactics to malign a company's reputation I would be hesitant to use that person's services, wouldn't you?!

This site is an effort to post something positive to counteract all the junk floating around the web like debris.
