Hi Shaun,

I just thought I'd drop you an email to say how grateful we are for the brilliant job you've done on the house.

My mum could not praise you highly enough. I know that it's been a lot more work than you expected and yet you've stayed and completed the job to the highest standard, even doing extra jobs that you didn't include in your updated quote like the cupboard doors in the porch and the front garden. There aren't a lot of people who would go above and beyond as you have done these days.

I can't tell you how appreciative we are.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say how happy we are with the fantastic job you have have done at our property.

You have gone above and beyond with your work and have stretched as much as you could to do the best job with our budget, even doing extras that weren't included in our quote. I didn't think workmen like this existed anymore.

At some point we hope to finish the bits we just could not afford to this time and we will be sure to get you back again.
