November 29, 2003... afternoon
I finished up my novel at around 7:50pm. What a thrill! I have written my first novel. And I learned a lot about my writing style during this month. Things really started to come together. I am pretty happy with the whole experience. Is it an exceptional piece of work? Lord no. But it was invaluable. I will work on editing it in December most likely. I may instead get started on writing something fresh though. I would like to encourage everyone to try NaNoWriMo some year.
