Meeting
Minutes March 23th, 2003
Since
Hien couldn't be there, I'll replace her role as a secretary for now.

Okay, for the people who couldn't show up, here are the things that we
discussed about.
Camps:
1) Trong tha'ng 5 hoac tha'ng 6, mi`nh se~ co' mo^.t ky` tra.i go.i la`"lu*~a
da(.m du*o*`ng". Ky` tra.i na`y chi? da`nh rie^ng cho tra'ng va` du`ng
de^~
cho ca'c tra'ng sinh ne^u le^n nhu*~ng kho' kha(n cu?a mi`nh. Sau khi
mi`nh
nghe nhu*~ng kho' kha(n do' xong ro^`i thi` mi`nh se~ ra'ng co^' ga('ng a^m
tha^`m giu'p do*~ la^~n nhau. Everything will be confidential and nothing
will go beyond the campsite.
This camp will last a day and we will go after the activities for So'i
con on Saturday.
2) Trong tha'ng 12, o*? Cali se~ co' tra.i mie^`n. Tra.i na`y du`ng de^?

the
exact dates and will get back to us in about two weeks with more details.
We
want to go to this camp because most of us don't know much about the
Vietnamese scout tradition so this is a good opportunity for us to find out
more about it.
Program:
1) Thay phie^n nhau cha`o co*` so that we are familiar with how it goes so we
don't depend on just one person for it and the rest don't know.
2) On Saturday, May 10th, VietAid has a Community clean up day. The event
is
to clean up our neighborhood, after that, there will be barbecue at Bowdoin
Street Health Center and other fun things. We would like to participate in
this event with the kids; however, we will do it only if they could assign us
to clean a prk because of the kids' safety. We don't want them to be
cleaning
on the street because we afraid that they might get hit by cars.
