Sample Summer rate per month (July or August):
$2,600 per month + utilities for 2 bedrooms and $2,200 for 1 bedroom.
NOTE: With advance notice, a bed or toddler crib can be added to the 1 bedroom unit to sleep an additional small child. maximum 8 people including kids for 2 bedroom unit.
NOTE: One bedroom unit accommodates 2-4 people with pullout couch - rates are are adjusted for 3-4 people.
