WHEELJACK was one of the Autobots to first land on Earth. He could transform into a white Lamborgini race car. He served as the Autobots chief inventor.One of the first things he created on Earth was the DINOBOTS. When the DINOBOTS proved to be a threat do to their lack of basic knowledge, WHEELJACK invented more sophisticated brains for them.
WHEELJACK and Sideswipe later freed Skyfire from his icy imprisonment. WHEELJACK was part of the team that went to CYBERTRON to free SPIKE'S dad from Decepticon mind control. He successfully invented a sonic weapon that counteracted the HYPNO CHIP that was controling the Decepticon's human slaves.
Almost a year later, WHEELJACK'S lab on CYBERTRON was broken into by Decepticons. They stole a device that was thought to have incredible powers. It ended up in a movie studio and the Autobot Hoist had to go undercover to retrieve it. After a tense battle, WHEELJACK revealed that the device never worked in the first place.
In 2005, WHEELJACK served as a defender of Autobot City. He was killed along with WINDCHARGER during the great attack by the Decepticons. His body was discovered by ARCEE.
(Note: WHEELJACK gets to live in the comics. Although he is shut down for awhile.)
