LOCATION: Venus
VESTA is the capital of the planet Venus. Located a few miles away from it is the farm owned by the Burns family. During the latter half of the 2nd Neosapien War, the city was transformed by DRACONIS into a giant GRAF SHIELD. After it was discovered that CLOAKING TECHNOLOGY could outwit the shield, it was powered down. DRACONIS ordered THRAX to destroy the city when Exofleet liberated the planet, but the Neo ace disobeyed orders. As of the end of the war, the city is still in the process of rebuilding.
