THE FIN is an evil genius and the world's smartest dolphin. He started oput as a show dolphin for SOREN & FRED. Working for them, he wascalled "Mr. Smarty Pants, the World's Smartest Dolphin." He hated the stupid tricks he had to do and secretly planned his revenge. He staged his own kidnapping and setb out on a plan tp create a giant magnet to suck up all the fish in the world. SOREN & FRED hired the TICK and ARTHUR to help find "Mr. Smarty Pants." Due to TICK'S addiction to gambling, THE FIN managed to capture SOREN & FRED and forced them to do the same humiliating tricks they made him do. TICK overcame the lure of the neon lights and rescued SOREN & FRED and destroyed the FISH MAGNET. THE FIN was arrested and as his punishment, was made to continue performing for SOREN & FRED but this time, he was billed as the world's angriest dolphin.
