SIGNAL LIGHTS are an important part of a superhero's bag of goodies. Give to the mayor or police commisioner and it becomes a way the good people of the home city to contact the hero in time of need. MAYOR BLANK keeps several SIGNAL LIGHTS on his office window. Sometimes the lights don't work, for example, DIE FLEDERMAUS leaves town and disconnects his answering machine when he sees his signal in the night sky. Tick however, has always answered his signal. So remember, if you need a hero, just flash a SIGNAL LIGHT with his insignia on it and he'll come running.
