SARCASTRO was one of the amateur superheroes who took a class taught by TICK. His costume was a replica of the military uniform worn by a certain Carribean dictator. He even wears a long beard. He joined his fellow classmates in helping TICK save UNCLE CREAMY from his evil counterpart. Of course, his only contribution to the fight was to walk up to EVIL UNCLE CREAMY and say "Yeah right, like I'm going to fight you." Unfortunately, this technique of insulting the badguy will not go down in the annals of crimefighting. As it is, SACASTRO flunked the class.
