EASTERN BLOC ROBOT COWBOY teamed with OCTO PAGINNI to kidnap the King of Belgium and replace him with a robot. Thye were able to kidnap the King, but their plan was uncovered by Belgiuan hero BLITZEN and visiting hero TICK. TICK and EASTERN BLOC ROBOT COWBOY held a duel during which TICK successfully put a quarter in the COWBOY'S soda machine body. As a result, his brain popped out. The COWBOY then grumbled "Now I hate you." in Russian. He is currently in the custody of Belgiuan police.
