1ST APPEARANCE: DRAGONBALL: CURSE OF THE BLOOD RUBIES
PENNY is a little girl who lives in th ekingdom of KING GURUMES. She was appalled when the king became greedy under the influence of the BLOOD RUBIES. After seeing her father getting beaten up by MAJOR DOMO, she went off to look for help.
PENNY decided to go see MASTER ROSHI for help. Along the way, she ran into the shape-changer OOLONG, who started bullying her. She was rescued by GOKU and BULMA. She joined them on their quest and got to meet ROSHI, although he said he was too old to help.
PENNY accompanyied her new friends to confront the king. All hell broke loose and the ETERNAL DRAGON ended being summonded after BULMA threw the last DRAGONBALL into the king's stomach because he had swallowed the rest. The DRAGON demanded to know who called him. No one was speaking up, but finally PENNY shouted that she wanted the land to be restored. The DRAGON granted her request. When the BLOOD RUBIES vanished as a consequence, the king went back to normal and PENNY graciously offered him an apple.
PENNY currently lives with her father. (Note: PENNY exists only has a character in the DRAGONBALL pilot episode. She hasn't appeared in the regular continuity.)
